What can cause shoulder pain when you breathe?

Author: I have RSD/CRPS, lately when I take a deep breath I am getting a sharp stabbing pain in my right shoulder. My shoulder also hurts when I lay down.
could be a rib out of place or a fixated AC joint. Chiropractic can fix that right up quick.
